Nicholas studied at the University of Bradford, from where he graduated with an honours degree in Chemistry and Chemical Technology before completing a Secondary PGCE at King's College, University of London.
After working in a number of state schools in London he moved to Kuwait in 1997, initially as the Subject Component Coordinator of Chemistry. He has subsequently held the roles of Health and Safety Coordinator, Chair of Sciences, Performance Management Coordinator, Continuing Professional Development Coordinator, School Information Management System (SIMS) Administrator, Timetable Coordinator, Cover Supervisor and Assistant Head Teacher. Nicholas was appointed to the role of Secondary Head Teacher in 2017 and now leads the Middle Phase (Years 6-8) at BSK.
